1. Shipping

We deliver to the delivery addresses and regions available during the checkout process.

The available shipping methods, shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be displayed in

the online shop before the order is completed.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking

information, where available.

2. Age Verification Upon Delivery

Devrim 1923 is a spirit and may only be supplied to persons aged 18 or over.

Age verification may be carried out upon delivery. If the required minimum age cannot be verified,

the parcel may not be handed over.

3. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

Consumers generally have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days without

giving any reason.

The withdrawal period generally begins on the day on which you, or a person designated by you,

receives the goods.

After exercising your right of withdrawal, the goods must be returned within the statutory period to:

The customer bears the direct cost of returning the goods in the case of a standard withdrawal.

4. Refunds

In the event of a valid withdrawal, we will refund the payments received from you, including the

cost of our least expensive standard delivery option, in accordance with applicable law.

Unless otherwise agreed, the refund will be made using the same payment method used for the

original order.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you provide

evidence that the goods have been returned.5. Damaged, Incorrect or Incomplete Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us as

soon as reasonably possible.

Please provide your order number and, where possible, photographs of the goods and packaging.

This will help us process your request quickly.

If goods are damaged, defective or incorrectly delivered, you will not incur additional costs for any

return required as part of resolving the issue.

Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.

6. Condition of Returned Goods

Please handle any goods you intend to return with reasonable care.

You may be liable for any loss in value resulting from handling the goods beyond what is necessary

to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
